We all know how hard is to go from living an unhealthy life to live a healthy one. So here are some tips that could help you when needed.
♥ Always remember, there will be those days in which you would love to stay in bed, but you should get out of the bed and at least try an easy trainning. ♥ Put yourself limits. You are the owner of your body, you should know when something it's enough. ♥ Visible results are long-term things, you should not get descourage if after only one week of running you see no changes. Carry on! :) ♥ Even the smallest things count. Don't eat that two chocolates, eat one or don't eat them at all. Fruits and Vegetables are healthy, find which ones are you favourite ones and replace the chocolate. ♥ You should drink LOTS of water. Take with you a water bottle, anywhere you go, and if you are bored instead of eating, drink it. ♥ Take note of the healthy things you like to do or eat, and try to make them fit into your life. e.i having a cup of tea, or milk if you enjoy them. -Write down a type of trainning that fits your schedule and pleasure, and start doing it. ♥ GET MOTIVATED, by the things you like and love. ♥ If you are veeeeery lazy, you should start by walking. From here, to there, every now and then, at least, something is something. :D ♥ Stop thinking about having unhealthy food, replace this time doing activities you like, distract your mind. ♥ No one says it's easy, but you should at least try :) Don't let anyone let you down, and remind yourself it's OK not to be perfect. Enjoy your body in a healthy way.
